Effective date: October 15, 2026

Digisaint Private Limited (“Digisaint”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is responsible for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy applies to our websites, mobile applications, watch applications, widgets, live activities, and related services, including Purple Sector, Hoopster, MotoZ, and products that we introduce in the future (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when we share it, how long we retain it, and the choices and rights available to you. A product-specific notice displayed in a Service supplements this Policy and controls if it provides more specific information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Contact information, such as your name and email address, when you contact support, submit feedback, or communicate with us.
  • Account information, profile details, and credentials if a Service offers account creation.
  • Preferences, favorite teams, drivers, riders, leagues, notification choices, widget settings, and other configuration information you choose to save.
  • Content included in support requests, surveys, reviews, or other submissions.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and technical information, including device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, device or advertising identifiers where permitted, and network information.
  • Usage information, including screens viewed, features used, interactions, session timing, referring pages, and performance events.
  • Diagnostics, crash reports, error logs, and security events.
  • IP address and general location inferred from it, such as country or region. We do not intend to collect precise location unless a Service clearly requests permission first.
  • Website information collected through cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies.

Information from platforms and third parties

We may receive information from Apple, Google, app stores, analytics providers, advertising partners, cloud and crash-reporting providers, or other services you connect to our Services. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider; we generally receive transaction status and product information rather than your full payment-card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information where necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, pursue legitimate operational interests, or with your consent where required. Uses may include:

  • Providing, personalizing, maintaining, and synchronizing the Services and your preferences.
  • Delivering scores, schedules, statistics, widgets, live activities, notifications, and other requested functionality.
  • Processing purchases or subscriptions through the applicable platform and maintaining entitlement status.
  • Responding to support requests and communicating service, policy, or security updates.
  • Measuring performance, understanding usage, fixing errors, developing features, and improving accessibility and user experience.
  • Protecting users, preventing abuse or fraud, enforcing our Terms, and complying with legal obligations.
  • Displaying and measuring advertising where a Service includes ads and where permitted by your consent and device settings.

3. Permissions and Product Features

Some features may request access to notifications, calendars, live activities, widgets, watch connectivity, background refresh, or other device capabilities. The permission prompt or product-specific notice explains the purpose. You can change permissions in your device settings, although disabling them may limit related features.

4. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

We may use analytics, attribution, advertising, and crash-reporting technologies to understand use of the Services, measure campaigns, prevent fraud, and show or measure ads. Depending on the Service and your region, these providers may process device identifiers, IP address, usage events, and general location.

Where required, we request consent before personalized advertising or cross-app tracking. You can use Apple App Tracking Transparency choices, Android privacy and advertising controls, in-app consent controls where offered, and browser cookie settings. We do not sell personal data for money. Certain advertising disclosures may be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising under some US privacy laws, and eligible users may opt out by contacting us or using available product controls.

5. When We Share Information

We may disclose information:

  • To vendors that provide hosting, analytics, diagnostics, customer support, communications, advertising, security, and other services on our behalf.
  • To Apple, Google, app stores, operating-system providers, or connected services as needed to deliver platform functionality.
  • To comply with law, legal process, regulatory requests, or to protect rights, safety, security, and the integrity of the Services.
  • In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • With your direction or consent.

Service providers are permitted to process information only for the purposes for which it is disclosed and subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining security and records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention periods vary by data type, product, account status, and legal requirements. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

7. International Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process information in India and other countries where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, adequacy mechanisms, or consent.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, including India’s data-protection law, the GDPR or UK GDPR, and US state privacy laws, you may have rights to:

  • Know about and access personal data we process.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Delete personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Receive a portable copy of certain information.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing, including targeted advertising where applicable.
  • Withdraw consent without affecting processing completed before withdrawal.
  • Appeal a denied request and lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.
  • Nominate another person to exercise rights where applicable under Indian law.

You may update device permissions and notification choices through operating-system settings. If a Service offers an account, you may request account and associated-data deletion through available in-app controls or by contacting us. We may verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting any credentials and for keeping your devices secure.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Where local law requires a higher age for valid digital consent, a parent or guardian must provide authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

11. Third-Party Content and Links

The Services may link to third-party websites, stores, data sources, advertisements, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and Digisaint is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our Services, practices, or legal obligations. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required. Material changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.

13. Contact and Grievances

To ask a privacy question, exercise a right, appeal a decision, report a concern, or contact our grievance and privacy team, email admin@purplesector.club. Please identify the relevant Service and your country or region. You may also complain to the competent privacy or data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
